This is ME!
I know everyone has been wondering “Who IS Farmer Beth?!”
Well this is me in all my glory. Here I am tilling in preperation for planting potatoes. Some facts you will want to know:
1) I am scandalously young for a farmer (under 25 *GASP*)
2) My best friend is also an organic farmer, she owns Wild Greens Farm. Right down the road.
3) My favorite pie is Rhubarb-not-too-sweet-please.
4) I love this flannel shirt more then any other item of clothing I own.
5) My favorite vegetable is zucchini and I make my husband sick of it every single year.
6) I HATE baked beans, yuck.
